How to make money as a caretaker

Caretakers are the people that helps someone to take good care of one’s properties, it might be land, house, cars or even a business. Doing this job, there are some ways to earn money from it and in Nigeria today, a lot of people are actually picking interest in it due to the massive profits being made from it. Imagine someone looking after your house that you rented out for people, after being paid an agent fee at the first year, you or the tenants wouldn’t know that he or she is still receiving an extra pay every year for each tenants in that house. This is how they do it, let’s assume you told the caretaker to rent out each apartment for a sum of one hundred thousand naira, when he gets to the people that are about to rent it, he might choose to tell them that the rent fee is one hundred and twenty thousand naira per year, meanwhile, the person would not know the original fee while the landlord would not also find out because he will make sure he does not allow any connection between both of you in order to avoid being exposed, so they are making a lot of income in different ways from doing this work.

I very much agree with you, this is one very lucrative job that people stylishly start even unconsciously, I must be honest with you those people in this type of job are really making good money. One very crucial benefit of this type of job is that you will be connected and you will always have a first-hand information about properties in the community.

They make alot of money from their clients that comes to either rent or acquire a property from them, they charge for consultation and they also charge their fee separately. Infact they are the ones making property to cost beyond the original price.

Caretakers are making money too, doing what they know how to do best, by taking care of the boss properties. They are in charge of rent in the any property in their premise. Though, I don't go well with the idea of some caretakers how they inflate rent fees, lease fees or the properties they in charge. It's important if you can manage your properties yourself sometimes cos some caretakers will even want make money more than the owners him/herself.

Care taker work is a good job that many people use to make a lot of money from.
Though before some body can start making good money one need to join there association because without that there may be clash between the person and those that are doing that as there own job.
Some time these people have each others number that whenever some body is in need of house they can easily contacted the person that has.
Care taker some times are making cool money even more than the owner or the property at times.
Any thing that have to do with real estate is a lucrative job.
