How to naturally deal with Halitosis

Halitosis which is a medical name for mouth odour can be embarrassing for people living with it. It is one health issue that no body want to live with and it is always good to look for ways especially natural ways to arrest it as soon as possible.

Well, mouth odor happens due to various reasons which includes lack of good oral hygiene, consumption of tobacco, excessive dry mouth, some medications taken which can induce dry mouth as well, some foods consumed and even infection in the mouth.

When all the above listed are experienced, you are most likely to have a bad smell from the mouth or in ones breathe. You need to do away with such smell because it can be replusive. So what natural measures can you take to arrest this situation.

1.Start with dumpig your tobacco habit. Avoid sniffing or smoking it

2.Brush your teeth regularly and scrape your tongue more especially

3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after taking scented meals. This will leave your mouth smelling fresh

4. Dont leave pieces of food in your mouth to sour. it will stink the mouth. Floss after meals

5. You can have in your mouth most times mint sweets to help expel bad smells.
