There are situations when you apply for a job or even get a job offer without necessarily applying. Sometimes, the employment offer comes at a time when you do not really need the job again.
It could really be a tough time declining such a job offer and that is why I created this thread so that we can all share our views on how best you can politely turn down an employment offer.
It may be really injurious to your relationship both presently and in the future if you do not decline the offer in the best polite manner and that is why it is very important that you be wise when declining an employment.
In my own views, I think the best thing to do is to appreciate the offer and show how much elated you are. Then you try as much as possible and lay out your very concrete reasons for turning down the offer but with the hope that you look forward to working with them in the nearest future.
