How to fire a staff politely

The truth remains that some staff or workers deserved to be sacked especially when their offences are recurring ones, this shows they are not loyal and don't have the interest of the organization at heart. But then you don't have to be mean about it. You can still give a polite sack which will prick the person conscience to help shaped the person positively and can help make the person better. So how can you sack a staff politely

1.Start by gathering evidence to show that you are not saying abstract things or things that can't be verified

2.Set up a disciplinary meeting and invite the defaulting person to be in attendance

3.Tell the person the reason or offence for the sack. Show the person that you had made your investigation and it had nothing to do with discrimination or witch hunting. Go ahead to present your evidence which have gone beyond what the organization can condone.

4. Show the culprit the disciplinary procedures that follows such offence especially if it is always a sack. This is to show that everyone that does such gets the same punishment.

5.At the end of the meeting give your verdict which is a sack. All of this would show the person he or she was truly guilty
