How To Position Yourself For Salary Increments?

If you want to increase your salary, you have to position yourself for it.

So how do you do that?

1. First, make sure you're doing what the company wants. If they're looking for someone who can take on more responsibilities, then be ready to step up and meet their needs. If they're looking for someone who has proven themselves in another role, then show them how great you are at that kind of work now.

2. Make sure your boss knows what they want from you and THEN ask them if it's OK if you take on some new responsibilities! If they say yes, then go ahead and take them on! You'll be showing them how much value they get from having you around by giving them more opportunities for growth within their team.

3. Make sure your work is valued by the company. If you're not sure how much value you bring to a project or team, ask them! They'll be able to tell if they see potential or if they just want someone who can get things done quickly and efficiently.

4. Be willing to take risks but only if they're worth it! If an idea has been thrown around before and hasn't worked out, don't be afraid to try again! But remember that every time something fails, there are people who lose their jobs because of it. so be careful not to put anyone at risk by making risky decisions when it comes time for salary increases.

5. Don't wait too long before asking for a raise. if there's no room for growth at this point in time, then there won't be any room later on either!
