How to reduce workload for your employees

It is not always the best to give overwork to your employees. When employees feel obligated to work long hours or overtime, this comes at a price as they would experience burnout and even mental fatigue.

With such a price the workplace will be affected as they might be reduced productivity and increased dissatisfaction.

Overwork comes with long working hours, where there's poor work-life balance and of course when there's excess responsibilities too .

So how can you avoid overwork:for your employees

Start with giving them reasonablebe workload and better turnaround time

There needs to be a realistic and manageable goals to be achieved. Nothing weird about it.

There needs to be ample breaks8 between shifts and the tasks given.
