To the best of my knowledge, the program for the running of a private school is indeed very profitable and lucrative venture ever in my country.

This is because most parents in my country would like to take their children to the private schools for the lookout for better quality kind of education.
In other words most people doesn't trust the public schools for the education of their children.

So for the project to make the most of its profits director school director should employ qualified and experienced teachers that would guarantee the best quality education.
They should charge reasonable school fees because most of the parents couldn't afford very expensive kind of education too.

The proprietor of the private school has to determine what type of private school he or she wants to run. Would it be an average private school or an elite private school? The two are profitable but not at equal levels. The major selling points of a school is academic excellence and showcase of extra curricular activities. If any of these two are lacking in a private school, it would be very difficult for the private school to be able to get traction and maximize profits.
