Often property owners cannot live in the town where they have purchased property due to personal or professional reasons. They also cannot find anyone who they can trust to look after the property. In these cases , the property owner often finds that people are criminally trespassing on the properly, stealing the correspondence, killing all the plants and trees in the compound. What is the best way to take care of a property when the home owner is not at home for a few months at least? Does anyone on this forum have any experience in taking care of property when away from the town ?
