Since we have an opportunity to work online we do not have to neglect our health most especially part of the body we use most during our process of making money online most especially the eyes, in most cases we concentrate a lot on the screen and this may result in straining of the eyes which might lead to headache and sometimes can Also result eye pains, Below are two ways you take care of your body while working online.
1) limit the amount of light exposure to the eye.. if we are concentrating so much on the screen we have to limit the amount of light that the phone is emitting directly into the eyes as this is the major causes of eyes strains and headache.. there are some online stools and application on play store that can help you limit and adjust the amount of light depending on the the hour of the days .. most browser are also fitted with night mode feature which can also help you to adjust the screen to suit the night atmosphere
2) regular exercise is very important : when working online sometimes we may spend most of our time indoor , we should create some spare time to engage in regular exercise as this can help strengthen the body and keep the body in good condition ,staying indoor for a long time without engaging in exercise is not best for our overall health.. exercise increase blood circulation and improve functioning of the heart and help keep the body in good condition.
