You know nothing is actually free bit you can use your existing resources to get more. You should first add this to rules and employees guidelines of the company. Educate them or organize a program that will expose them to how to do this. You should further make resources available for this, resources like flyers or any form of content that can be used to get word out there. They can rightly do it on social media like Facebook, Instagram , TikTok, twitter and more, encourage them to promote the company and let there be rewards from this because you won't hire someone to do this for free.
