Every every human being on planet Earth has an immune system . Which has the duty or is given the task to fight illness , sickness , and infection caused by bacteria and other bacterial related matter that tries to get into the body . our immune system have the potential or ability to be strong or weak depending on how we care and treat it . Commendably majority of people know the importance of having a good immune system and so far they have engaged in different activities that have made their immune system more stronger and effective in combating various disease and illness . Sadly also , there are still people who indulge in various health-depleting an unproductive activities that affect their immune system making it weak and ineffective to combact illnesses . To be more specific individuals who indulge in the act of smoking deplete their immune system making it weak to fight disease and sicknesses .
Our diet also has a role to play in how weak or strong our immune system becomes .
