In fact a slight existence of vegetable in their food and meals can cause them to lose their appetite thereby not eating the food at all . we human beings must understand that vegetable has a whole lot of advantage to the human body ranging from our hair , skin and even our internal system . Vegetables can be cooked , dried , mashed frozen , heated and added to our meal to make it look attractive and inviting .

It is believed that some vegetables have the ability and the capability to prevent individuals from any form of heart disease which is actually true . The vegetable waterleaf is a very incredible specie of vegetable and when mashed or grinded extracting the juice could help save individual from any form of heart and other heart related disease or illness . Fibre and potassium contained in the garden eggplant helps to solve and prevent health problems like diabetes and cancer . Undoubtedly, vegetables are so healthy for us and we must consume them every day since they are a great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is important to add them to our diet so as to be strong and healthy.
