This investment is actually for the use of the family. Buy a land and build a pool with accommodations. That is the vacation place for the family. Of course, it would be fine if the pool resort would be in a rural area and much better if it is near the mountain area to have a good view of the surrounding. When fully operational the resort can be rented out to a few guests that would be willing to pay a premium for the exclusive use of your pool resort. The workforce is very minimal with just about 5 that would be broken down to the chef and cook, maintenance, chambermaid and security.
