To some extent the management ability for an individual to completely administrate a business is affected by his or her age. In the human philosophy of business management it is assumed that the more an individual is aged the more he or she is effective in the management of businesses that is why in most areas and regions of the world businesses are being managed by individuals within the age of 49 to 60. Interestingly it is not a strict criteria for an individual when it comes to management and the reason is because many individual can positively manage a business only if he or she is a qualified and experienced individual and business management and on business administration.

It is very much important that businesses focused more on how an individual is qualified and experienced on areas of business management and administration than to be concerned about his or her age. Qualification surpasses and it is possible that a young individual can definitely be much of a good business manager and administrator than someone who is more older.

Personally I do not believe that it is reasonable for an individual to believe that he plays a very important role for the possibility for one individual to be a business manager but instead it is wise for us to believe that qualification and experience is basically what makes up an individual's ability and ability to be effective in areas of business management. In a business organisation where management is definitely separated from ownership the business owner must definitely look for key qualities that make up an effective business manager but definitely not the age of the individual.

Many people have the philosophy of believing that when an individual is older he or she become creative and very much wise but the truth is that they were younger and individual is the more he or she becomes creative and very much wise in handling and setting matter straight especially in areas of management. However employing a young business manager could be a good idea.
