Managing is more scale business requires handling multiple task but when it comes to managing a large scale business, it requires delegation and coordination which would happen among multiple department and teams . That is why a small scale business require in lot of task.

Moreso , in a small scale business, decision making is very very fast and more agile because decisions do not involve complex processes and does not require so many input from multiple stakeholders because that is what could make it very challenging to implement.

The challenges that you would come across when it comes to implementation of decisions in small scale business is very small because it will be very easier to implement changes quickly.

Though it may not always be easier than managing a big business; running a small-scale company comes with some challenges as well. This is because the small scale businesses often suffer constraints like little resources, strict budgets, and necessity to multitask. However, these trials can bring opportunities for flexibility, inventiveness and close customer relationships.

For effective management of a small-scale business, it is important to prioritize tasks. To achieve this, one should set achievable goals and make choices depending on what is available. Furthermore, a sound team building strategy plus delegating responsibilities can also ease off work load from the managers’ shoulders. Besides all this, use of technology and automation can help to simplify operations and improve efficiency.

Managing small business is actually difficult. This is because there is no much help for some of these small scale businesses. Some of them always run by just a person and with a small capital. This has reduced the rate at which they can get managed.

There are some other factors that have made smal businesses difficult to manage. Some of this factors may be managing customers. Most customers always want to buy on credits. Being strict on them may chase almost of them away while allowing them may destroy the business so much.
