Sincerely speaking have been wondering what is the main reason for mnemonics phrases and private keys when creating any crpytocurrency wallet.
Most time that ask us to keep it save and intact. I can remembered when I was open a wallet account on trust wallet application, that are one the steps I followed before opening it,but since then have not make use of if that why am asking.
Can't it be recover back if someone loss it and is there any other way to go about it.

You don't have reasons to doubt the brain behind such development. Creating such phrase is to help strengthen the level of security when it comes to the very Wallet you are creating. It help differentiate yours from other users of the wallet. There was a time a friend of mine lost his phone and couldn't get back the phrase and that led to the lost of his possession (coins).
