Make money on Metrostax

Found this website that says you can Register create a blog and earn some money on it check it out i registered but haven't posted yet but will start soon anyone tried it yet?

I have tried searching for the "Metrostax" website on Google but I never found any such kind of website or company. Are you sure that the name of the website is correct or if the company or the website actually exists? When I search for "Metrostax", I find a Czech company in my result and it is a construction company.
