I agree that affiliate marketing is easier said than done especially in the beginning when there is no sale on the products that you have promoted. I also agree that doing your marketing activities in social media is just fine because it is the simplest and easiest to post especially in Facebook. Maybe you can post about a product 3 times a week because posting every day could be annoying to your followers and friends in Facebook. Maybe after 6 months of doing the posting to promote the products of your choice you can have some sales. And when the sales would be coming regularly then the passive income will also be regular.

I agree with Alexandoy. Affiliate marketing is easier said than done. I only thought to try affiliate marketing because I read an article and this guy said he was making thousands of dollars a month being an affiliate marketer. He clearly had a method that worked for him. As for me, it took me years to start earning from my affiliate marketing efforts. I blogged, I wrote articles, I tweeted, I shared affiliate links via Pinterest, Tumblr, and Facebook. I even signed up for VigLink. I am beginning to earn; but it sure was not an overnight success story.

Thanks for sharing and yes affilliate marketing is really awesome and quite lucrative if everything is set right bad the targeted sources identified and they buy into the idea.So basically I really want to see this kind of earning money succeed for me.
What I can add though is that you need to gain the trust of the members that you know whst you are doing and arena professional.Always respond and offer assistance as best as you can in order to install confidence in them.Am really coming on this one and I hope others too can see the strategy.

I have not seen many people who make money while they sleep. Most of the people that I know earn few affiliate income here and there. And it seems like the amount of effort you have to take to build the affiliate income increases each time of the year. So it seems like it's not as passive as it is being said. Most of the people who say that it is passive are basically lying about it. Affiliate marketing is something that can be done when you want to blog or establish site which you wish to monetize.

I think for those who are chasing money while sleeping. For them it just does not work in one go. In fact it gets a bit difficult in the long run. I'd say that having such type of business may not work out for many people. So it's better to keep on adding the active effort into the affiliate marketing as well.
