Discount is a way to get users to make purchases on your e-commerce through a reduced price strategy, discount is a marketing tactics that is used to make people make purchases impulsively and this has made many e-commerce sites a lot of profits, some good discount examples are Black Friday Sales.

To be able to get pull a good discount marketing, you need to align your discount date to a holiday, let's say Christmas or Eid or Fridays, just some celebration time, that'll make people to buy impulsively, discounts should also not happen often, because people will get used to it and you won't be able to get them excited.
