We as individuals seem to be very much obsessed with physical fitness and bodily health and totally neglect mental health forgetting that it is equally or maybe even more important than the above-mentioned. Physical health is very much important but becomes of very little meaning when mental health is very poor. Most of us we don't think twice going to the hospital when you feel upset with a little stomach ache but will become very hesitant to visit our therapist. In today's world, the number of depressed teenagers and adults is increasing daily but we seem not to be paying enough attention. Anxiety is causing people with a bright future to commit suicide and we seem to pay little attention to it. Sick help when you have mental health issues please it doesn't have to be a stomach ache.

I totally agree with you here. Mental health is of equal importance to physical health and it should therefore never be neglected. I think that the main cause of neglect in mental health is due to the stigma surrounding it. Most people especially men don't ask for help because they have been raised to always be strong, so they associate mental health issues such anxiety to be weakness and that causes more helplessness. There is much need to create more awareness about mental health in order to fight that stigma.

Thinking negative deeply effects the mental health of anyone. It is important to understand where we find happiness and comfort instead of thinking negative and doing negative. Friend circle also plays an important role in our mental health . They can either make you happy or make you depressed and feel alone.

Our mental health is something that we have to take seriously because it is the system of the body that control our sanity. People might be at risk of being mentally dearranged when they takes drugs that do not agree with their body system such as cocaine and other hard drugs. It is advisable that we guide ourselves from being exposed to anything that could affect our mental well-being.

It is normal and usual for our mental health to deteriorate or the plate as we grow older or as we age . But there are some certain ways and health rituals that we can indulge ourselves in or partake in order to keep a sound mind and positive mental faculties . Our nutritional diet plays an important role to how equipped and positive our mental faculties and properties are . It is advised by doctors and health analyst to always consume more of vegetables and fruits because they are hundred percent effective to our brain health . Consumption of vegetables and fruits such as garden egg , cucumber , apples , bananas , mushrooms vinegars , kale , spinach , collards , and broccoli etc which are rich in vitamin k 100% effective to the health of our brain and mental faculties .

Another way that we can keep our mind sound and positive is by playing brainy games , which we know as a way to entertain ourselves but unknowingly know that it keeps our mental faculty effective and sound . Brainy games such as riddles , brain teasers , and other board games like Scrabble and Sudoku are brainy games that will keep our brain smart and sound .
