You can reduce boredom in your diet by occasionally adding a spoonful of cheese or mayonnaise to a bowl full of fruit or salad. This in moderation would certainly help you alleviate the boredom of a weight reduction diet.
 
People who are really serious to lose weight should not even consume any food with high fat content at all ,because they are looking for an opportunity to lose weight and therefore it is not necessary for them to add it up again on their food. they should just engage in exercise and burn out all the fats in their body system.
