and you have also posted this before. Taking all these things to me it's not necessary as long as this is going to add fat into your body system ,doctors may not even advise people who are thinking of losing weight to take all these things ,they should just do away with it completely for the safety of their health.

We can lose weight by drinking lime with warm water first thing in the morning because it helps to burn calories in the body and prevent us from being obese or overweight and we can also engage in morning work out as it also helps to make us fit and healthy
