Having food allergies runs in our blood. My sister is the worst one she has a food allergy and asthma. So bringing cetirizine with us is already a habit.
It sucks when you have a food allergy you feel fine to eat this food today but then the next day you are not you are allergic to it. Sometimes it makes me scared to eat in restaurants because I'm constantly worrying if will I be allergic to the food or not. Cooking at home is a much better choice to stay away from food allergies.
