I have a deep desire to get into tech. I have always fancied a career in tech. After high school, I applied to two universities, one offered me admission to study physics, the other offered me admission to study mathematics, I am sort of in a fix. Considering my interest in having a career in tech, which of the two degrees would enhance my chances of functioning very well in the tech industry.

Doing a quick research, I discovered that physics is somehow similar to engineering. And building robots and computers are more of electrical engiu. On the other hand, software development has more to do with binary and algorithms which are part of mathematics. Given the scope of the two courses and with a tech career in mind, which is more advisable. Which of them can easily land someone an employment in the tech industry? Please share your thoughts.
