The only manager I know is the manager that we commonly know who manages the operation. I know it is called Operations manager but his role is similar to other managers like the manager of the HR department who also handles the operation of his department. I have been to several managerial positions. The first was as operations manager of a software house. The next was project manager in the bank. My position in the last formal employment is General Manager which is equivalent to the position of the president. I was the over-all in charge of the operations of the company that includes not only the work but also the financial activities.
