The Advantages of Fiber-Rich Food

Fiber-rich foods should be an integral part of your diet. It is because dietary fiber is good for your health. Fiber is a natural part found in the tree plants or their fruits that we can harvest and eat.

It is often found in your daily items such as fruits, vegetables and grains. It is the part of food that your body cannot digest but helps in digesting the food you eat. The outer layer on most grains is fibrous.

When it is brewed it breaks into small parts, which is also called bran. Just about all green leafy vegetables are fiber-rich. All these green vegetables can keep you in good physical shape if you include them in your food daily.
 
We are rice eaters so I believe that we get the fiber that we need from the rice. Today we have an extra which is corn that is mixed with the beef soup. That can also be a source of fiber. In fact, our diet at home is a mix of almost everything - beef, pork, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and dairy products such as milk and eggs.
 
Some of the nutritional value of most of this you have mentioned may not really be available again because of the chemical and fertilizer that is used in planting most of this crops ,and in return for it can actually be dangerous to the human health which we should try as much as possible to eat natural food at all time.
