The best way in constructing an apartment

There is an apartment near our place with 6 units. The construction was not finished due to lack of funds. Worse, there was a bank loan that was unpaid. The property was foreclosed by the bank. That was 10 years ago and until now that unfinished apartment is still stagnating here.

This is what I advised the owner at the start of the construction. After erecting the foundation, do the finishing of 1 unit. While doing the finishing of the 2nd unit the 1st unit that was done can be rented out. While doing the finishing for the 3rd unit you have 2 units that are being rented. Your investment would be earning fast. But he ignored my advice and the rest is history – he lost his apartment.

I know for sure that building apartments for renting is actually a good business but that is not something I am willing to try around here. The tenancy laws around here I made in such a way that the favour the tenants and you will have to work your ass out in order to get your payment.
