They are essential for the specific body function of maintenance and growth.
If the diet does not contain sufficient quality of each type, a deficiency disease may set in.

Vitamins are divided into two main groups they are fat soluble vitamin and water soluble vitamins.
A fat-soluble vitamin this vitamin a d e and k this will dissolve in fact and are generally found in the fatty foods.
and also water soluble vitamins this vitamin b and c this cannot be stored by the body because they dissolve easily in the water substances daily supply and needed in our diet and they should be handled with care particularly when they come in contact with water.
This vitamin are getting from there items such as tomatoes, vegetables, banana, fruit, pawpaw, and peanaple.

Vitamins provide a lot of benefits to our hair with its efforts to maintain a healthy vision like wise make our immune system to function properly and it also helps to hit the proper growth and development of babies in womb.

Vitamin helps in the preservation of eyesight who's that are vitamin a deficiency do have night blindness as this vitamin is a major component of the pigment rhodopsin and this rhodopsin is usually found in the retina of the eye and it is sensitive to light so if you want to prevent night blindness you have to make sure that your include vitamin a diet in your regular diet.

Vitamins helps to lower the risk of having some certain cancers so it plays an important role in the growth and development of the cells in your body which will reduce the cancer risk like when you eat a higher amount of vitamin A which will help me to reduce some types of cancers like bladder cancer, lung cancer or cervical cancel.

Vitamins also plays a vital role in helping to maintain a healthy immune system because it involves the production and function of white blood cells and it also helps to reduce the risk of acne.
