Early morning sunshine is very good and many people use to call it vitamin D because its use to give one energy. Its sunshine that use to warn up the body and make blood flows as its ought to be .
Though there is a time limit for you to be receiving it so that it won't latter turn to sickness.

This is informative though vitamin d is really good for the body but I don't like hot weather which is the major reason I don't go out in the afternoon

Early morning sunshine gives the body vitamin.when you tell anyone that that he or she should stay in the sun in the morning even me don't believe because I think it's just as if am wasting my time and disturbing my self but I was wrong.staying In the sun every morning is good and gives the body vitamins.

Your last line is apt that's why I have indicated the duration there at least it should be between 10-15 minutes of taking it in. Yeah it comes with its own benefits as such we can naturally avail ourselves and receive it for our own good. The body needs it and so we need to supply it with it

No it's isn't about the sun in the day . I specifically mentioned the early morning sunshine. This should be between 6-7.15 am sunshine. You can just step out for about 1015 minutes to get and that's it. By the way you need to get your word count to 50 here to be able to earn

You know we humans take the things the universe or nature gives for granted because we are not buying it with morning so we overlook. But it is an essential thing to do to feed the body witj good chemicals that will help the skin and body stay better. It's for our good

Yeah even in my Home we were told same and I try to continue it into adulthood and I know I have been reaping it's benefits thereof. So getting early morning sunshine is as healthy as taking vitamin drugs it shouldn't be everyday done if one can't but at least getting it thrice a week wouldn't be a bad idea
