Online reputation management is a key task of a webmaster, who controls and monitors how an organization appears online. He/ she is responsible for running the business website, updating the company information periodically and making the site easily available to users. Moreover, they do their best to ensure that it can be easily found in search engines.

Moreover, these people may also review other social media platforms including comments or reviews on websites etc., where such review relates to brand recognition via social media marketing being represented positively. In addition, they might have to take actions that will delete any negative information about the company or its products/services from all sources.

In summary, a webmaster forms one of the main building blocks of a firm’s strategy regarding cyber presence in order to maintain positive appearance and eliminate problems as they come up.
