Just as there are various kinds of businesses, the logic and ways that one business can be improved will differ from another depending on the scope and nature of the business. But generally, there are some determinants that can apply to any business in it's own way.
✓ The nature of the business: first of all, the nature of your business will determine what you can add on to improve your business.
✓ The size of the business: what can be implemented on a macro business and obtain great improvement may not be applicable to another business which is micro. The size of your business will determine what sort of improvements can be made on it.
✓ The business' fame: how well people know about your business also influences that manner of approach that will be taken in order to obtain excelling results.
There are many other things that matter and I will like to really hear your views on this.
