Things to look out for before employing a staff

As a business owner who wants to employ a staff, there are some very important things that you should consider and look out for in your to-be employee. In this thread, I will be sharing some of those things which I see as important in a staff.

✓ Experiences: Something that is very important is the former experiences of the person in similar jobs or other jobs. He or she should not be an alien to the task he'll be employed to carry out.

✓ Trustworthiness: This is very important as a trait. It will be very risky to employ someone you cannot trust with your business and it's funds.

✓ Discipline: Your employee to be must be someone that is disciplined and able to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.

✓ Education qualification in some cases is also something to consider. There are some tasks that require some academic knowledge and you should be able to access a person's qualification academically before employment.
