Things we do everyday that affect our health.

It is the priority and duty of anyone to take care of his or her own body or health . Yet a lot of people today do a lot of things unknowingly that negatively and badly affect their bodies and health . Some of them are aware that's some of the activities they partake in are negatively affecting their bodies and health but as a result of being addicted to this activities or practices they are not able to stop , thereby finding it hard to quit such bad behaviours . you might ask what are this bad behaviours that negatively affect my health and body ? , well below as some of them :

SMOKING : some individuals as a result of the environment they live and reside in or as a result of peer pressure in their place of work or in their various schools of education have endorsed in the act of smoking . It is understandable that some environment or regions of the world are permanently cold areas and regions and some of it citizens in order to stay warmth and cozy indulge in the act smoking which is absolutely wrong , because there are some other ways to provide warmth to our bodies apart from smoking like drinking a hot coffee and water or by lighting a camp fire🔥 . Smoking in all ramification and excuses is bad to our health and it is indeed something we must avoid if we want to stay healthy .

INADEQUATE SLEEP : some individuals feel over attached to their online or offline work and businesses so as to make more sales , more profit and income , or to impress their employer , boss , or managers regularly burn night candles to achieve business assigned task and duties or to achieve business presentation to a particular client etc . Inadequate sleep affect our health and outward appearance . People with deep sucken eyes and heart or mental related illnesses are in such situation or state as a result of inadequate and lack of sufficient sleep .
