In order to reduce stress, enjoy trading forex. Don’t pressurise yourself too much with making profits. Take breaks from trading regularly and oftenly. You should also stop over taking caffeine, whether it is your favourite energy drink or coffee. Caffeine, although it might help you feel less stressed, the energy outburst you feel from caffeine can make you work more and feel more stressed and exhausted.

When you are stressed, you must consider options other than trading because, during stressful times, the focus must be turned away from trading to avoid negative impacts. Proper planning is required to trade. A trader must be prepared for tough situations and must know how to deal with them with the right attitude.
Focus on trading psychology and risk management in the best possible way to avoid any negative emotions from rising.

Stress is obvious if you are constantly thinking about making money. If you feel this, better not trade, as this could make trading worse for you. Trade with capital you are comfortable with. I risk only 1-3% of my trading capital. Also, take breaks between your trades.

An effective full-body workout in a gym can be very relaxing. There are several options if you don't like coming to the gym, like running, swimming, yoga, and even going for a stroll in the morning.
You should work out your thoughts in addition to your body. This can be accomplished, for instance, by practising gratitude and engaging in meditation or by playing games like chess.
