Be a good mom and follow these steps strictly when pregnant to give birth to a healthy child.......
1.Eat nutritious foods.
2.Drink a lot of water always.It washes away toxic minerals or chemicals in the body to prevent the baby from being affected.It will so wash out chemicals or minerals that will make a child born with defects,because it contains vital minerals that prevents defiency like potassium, zinc, sodium and all these minerals are needed in substantial amounts to enhance a child's development and growth.It also releases more oxygen to the body so that the baby won't be born with heart or lung diseases.
3.Do regular exercises.You may ask "what kind of exercises can you do at pregnancy"?.Well,you can ask your doctor or health consultant the kind of exercises done at pregnancy.Excerxisrs helps a lot to burn a lot of fats from you(the mother) and the unborn child.
4.Go for routines medical check-ups.
5.Take medically prescribed drugs.Don't take any other pills that aren't prescribed by your doctor.Also ABSTAIN from drugs that aren't allowed to be used by pregnant mothers.
6.Don't also skip ANTE-NATAL before delivery and POST-NATAL after delivery.
7.LIMIT yourself to places you go or usually visit and any hard work.Don't do strenuous work,exercises or chores.
8.Always commit Yourself and your unborn baby always to the protection of God.And always draw closer to God at this particular period of your life.
