We are all interested to live a life with no disease or infection. There are some lifestyle change we have to adapt to have a disease free life. We have to also remember that in most cases the prevention is always better than cure. These tips might help you



1) avoid mosquito: There are different ways mosquito could be prevented and one of the most effective way of preventing mosquito is by sleeping in treated mosquito net. The use of mosquito repellent could also recommended. Being bitten by female anopheles mosquito could lead to malaria. Malaria killed most especially in Africa.



2) Get tested and receive early treatment:



This is really necessary to get rid of infection or disease that could lead to something serious. Some disease and infection requires immediate and early treatment to cut off the rate of high modality. For example Getting early treatment for HIV AIDS could prevent it from getting to a stage that could lead to opportunistic infection that will eventually leads to death.



3) Engage in exercise always: There are numerous benefits of exercise , it help strengthen the bones, keeps the heart in Normal Condition and also helps in blood circulation around the body. Engaging in general exercise will ensure an overall improvement in the body system.

First of all, we need to realize that most diseases are caused by unhealthy lifestyle and wrong food choices. We eat too much processed foods and food with low nutritional value and we live inactive lives.

Let me share with you some tips on how to stay healthy:

1. Eat more fruits and vegetables. They are high in nutrients and rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which are great for your health. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber which helps you feel full longer so they can also help you to lose weight.

2. Drink more water, especially after you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. You should drink about 2 liters of water per day. Water helps your body get rid of toxins, it hydrates your skin, makes your hair shinier, boosts your metabolism and has many other benefits for your body.

3. Start exercising at least three times a week for 30 minutes each time and gradually increase the duration of exercise as well as the frequency. Exercise is one of the best ways to prevent a lot of diseases (like diabetes or heart disease). It can also boost your mood because it releases endorphins which provide happy feelings

Our ability to live a disease free life depends on how strong , vigor , or Agile our immune system is able to fight or combat various bacteria and fungi that may lead to illness , sickness , or infections to our bodies . Also our ability to live a disease free life depends on our environment . But why ? well this is absolutely true because sometimes our health depends on how clean , tidy , and neat our physical environment is . majority of individuals live in areas where waste and refuse and not dispose properly . And due to the offensive and pungent smell of waste materials and refuse , most people living in such areas are stricken with health issues like : diarrhoea , cholera , tuberculosis , vomiting , and malaria or typhoid etc .

In order for our health to be safe and better we must put the environment will leave into proper consideration . Finally , in order to build a strong and effective immune system that is able to combat the disease and various illnesses , it is important we improve in our diet . Foods such as mushroom , Apple's , mangos , and nuts should be consumed more often to build a strong and effective immune system .
