When you go to read the reviews of many online businesses that take orders for their products, some of them have negative reviews not because of poor products but because of negative reviews that are related to logistics and delivery. How can a business that takes orders to deliver manage orders to have positive reviews and reputation?

1) Honestly tell the customer the make and model of the products that you have.

2) Give an allowance of two to three days past the normal expected delivery date for any issue that might happen on the road.

3) Use a good logistics service provider. Tested and trusted ones that you are sure would deliver to the customer's destination on time.
