Dehydration is one of the most common problems in people who are active and sweating a lot. It can lead to a number of health issues, including cramps, dizziness and even heat stroke.

Below are some of the top effects of dehydration on the body:

*Dizziness: When you're dehydrated, your body needs more water to function properly. As a result, you may feel dizzy, lightheaded or giddy if you've been sweating a lot.

*Cramps: Dehydration can cause muscle cramps as well as other symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. If you're experiencing these symptoms after being active for long periods of time, it's important to drink fluids to prevent them from getting worse.

*Heat stroke: This occurs when your body loses too much water through sweat and breathing becomes difficult due to low blood pressure caused by dehydration. Heat stroke is especially serious because it can lead to organ failure if left untreated."
