Online business is actually an online shop. Therefore, creating the website is the important step. Since you bought a domain in the first step, now you should buy a hosting and start building your online business website. You can try Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, etc. to create your website. However, the choice of the platforms should depend on your skills to us these platforms and money you have. Wordpress is easy to use but Drupal is somewhat complicated. Magento is free to use but Shopify has a subscription fees. If you want to start small and do not want to spend money, try wordpress. Instead of doing yourself, you can even buy wordpress managed hosting which eases your work with website creation. Even though wordpress is free, you might have to spend some money on premium templates and plugins.

Nowadays creating a simple three page website is very easy, there are hundreds of tools out there you can use to make it happen, but even at that you have to have an eye for design and color combinations, there are different ways you can do this, when you want to create a website, you should go to where designers hangout and 'steal' some designs my favorite go to places are dribbble and Behance, when you open the websites, go ahead and search through for the type of website you want and then look at how you can incorporate the designs in your own website.

Look at color combinations and the images, btw you can get images on different websites like Pixabay, Pexels and Unsplash, by doing this you have finish half of the work, then you can now decide whether you are going to do it yourself or hire a freelancer to put it together.

If your website collects payment, you need something like VPS or even Dedicated Servers.
