Many employees in business organisations and commercial Enterprises all over the world perform duties are roles pertaining to the business or to the organisational growth and development. However majority of this employees derail in so many ways, that their managers and employers terminate their contract, however not all negative behaviours of employees and workers are deserving of termination. Below are some natural and circumstantial behaviours employees may show that's totally not deserving of terminated:

* Illness: we all can testify to the fact that being ill or sick it's definitely a circumstantial situation or condition and individual can possibly fall into anytime and anywhere, moreover, when employees and workers fall sick or ill, thereby restraining themselves from going to work in a particular day, or for days and months. The employers and managers shouldn't mistake this attitude of the employee as a voluntary restrain for the work activities, instead they should understand the current situation can possibly send help in any way they can to assist the employee get back on his or her feet again.

* Pregnancy/maternity leave: pregnancy and maternity leave could make an employee to fluctuate in his or her attendance in the business organisation, however employers and managers shouldn't mistake this attitude as a reason to terminate such employee, instead they should understand the situation that the employee is definitely in.

* Other urgencies: unfortunately an employee maybe caught up with other agencies some of which include, accident, and ill health of a partner or family members etc. Urgencies like this can totally restrict and employees appearance in the business organisation, however, business employers and superior should not take this as a reason to fire such employee, and that is because the employee is currently going through a lot and could definitely need some help and understanding.

As humans we would always have reasons to stay away from work and sometimes this might just be beyond our control. You just have to find a way to relate with the management if you have to stay away from work but some situations can be so unprecedented that you might not even remember to call the office to inform them

The employers too sometimes need to know that somethings happened that might have prevented a staff from reaching out and that should not get them sacked

As you have rightly stated cases like sudden sickness of illness don't need any one to be sacked. Another can be maternity leave which is a normal thing should not get anyone sacked.

If one is involved in an accident and maybe hospitalised then such a person don't need to be replaced or sacked, same with sudden ill health of a partner or family members.
