Ways to burn fats in the tummy

1.DRINK WARM WATER:every morning when you wake drink warm water in an empty stomach l(Dnt eat anything before drinking the warm water )
Do some exercise that one can use to work out on his or her belly fats

2.EAT LESS OILY/JUNK FOODS: being on a diet can be more helpful ,like eating less oily food can also give better results
Eat less oily foods or junk food twice or three times in a week .


3.if they is any bevarage one can use in the help of burning fats only take in the products atleast 2-3times in a day if you want to get better result soon
 
Burning unhealthy fat on the tummy can be a tedious weight loss journey. But you have mentioned some very good points there. There are exercises like sit ups that helps alot in burning tummy fats. Then to that warm water, you should mix it with lemon, garlic and ginger. They are known to burn fats and calories in the body.
 
We can also reduce belly fat by doing exercises regularly like jogging or walking it really helps in reducing the Belly fat
 
Engaging in exercise Regularly for like 30 minutes everyday helps in reducing flat tummy and it is really effective and doesn't have a side effect and we should foods that are high in calories and eat foods that are high in fiber, protein and vitamins it will help in reducing the tummy faster
 
Drinking lemon water with salt water first thing in the morning and help to reduce belly fat and by engaging in morning workout
