1.DRINK WARM WATER:every morning when you wake drink warm water in an empty stomach l(Dnt eat anything before drinking the warm water )
Do some exercise that one can use to work out on his or her belly fats
2.EAT LESS OILY/JUNK FOODS: being on a diet can be more helpful ,like eating less oily food can also give better results
Eat less oily foods or junk food twice or three times in a week .
3.if they is any bevarage one can use in the help of burning fats only take in the products atleast 2-3times in a day if you want to get better result soon
