My niece bought a land of 4 hectares situated in the countryside and near a mountain. The weather is cool especially in the early morning that you may need a heater. However, the weather is hot during the summer daytime. Nevertheless the place is good for a vacation home.
The plan of my niece is to build a Wellness Center which will house the seniors to serve as a retirement home. The structure for the accommodation will be like a large bungalow of 1 story only. Another building for the admin that will be the office and also the clinic. Another structcure will be for the amenities like the spa, swimming pool, beauty salon and barber shop, etc. There will be a resident doctor, a nurse and a dietitian to supervise the diet. To be frank, I like the idea because maybe I would be her first client. It is a wonderful place to live with all those facilities and amenities. However, I know that the board and lodging will be expensive.
