What are work bonuses?

Bonuses are typically a percentage of an employee's salary, and are often based on factors such as company performance, individual performance, or both. For example, a company may give each employee a bonus that is equal to 5% of their salary. Individual performers may receive a larger bonus, while those who did not meet expectations may receive a smaller bonus or no bonus at all.

What are the different types of work bonuses

There are several different types of bonuses that companies may offer, including sign-on bonuses, retention bonuses, and referral bonuses. Sign-on bonuses are typically given to new employees as an incentive to join the company, and may be paid in installments over the first year of employment. Retention bonuses are given to employees who agree to stay with the company for a certain period of time, usually one or two years. Referral bonuses are given to employees who refer new hires to the company.

I think there should be more bonuses for the employees because this will encourage them to work better, not only when they work extra, if they complete a task they should be also paid with bonuses, this will make your business and employees grow.
