You have worked really hard to set up your business, you have spent a lot of money to build your business, you have developed really good products, you have hired experienced people to work for you, yet you are stuck with your business, you are not generating any sales, and even if you are generating sales, you are not making much profit. What should you do now?

Do a competitor analysis: Identify your competitors and see what they are doing to generate sales, check how they are marketing their business, check your competitors’ products with your own products. Copy their best strategies.

Marketing: A successful business is 25 percent product and 75 percent marketing. This is not me who is saying this, a lot of entrepreneurs vouch for more marketing. When you are marketing, you need to identify your target market and use a method that appeals to them.

Automation: It is not only easy to manage your business when you automate, it also cut your operational cost.

A business becomes stagnant when you are unable to generate more sales and more revenue. That's happening due to a couple of reasons, one, you are not doing enough marketing, two, you are not launching new products, three, your products are failing to impress customers, four, your products are reaching the target audience, etc. Being stuck with your business means you are not growing. There are a number of ways to address this issue, and the easiest one is by launching a new marketing campaign. In your campaign, you need to reach out to new markets, and new customers and build your brand image. Marketing should always try to sell lifestyle instead of the product itself. Your product should represent some kind of value, some kind of image. If you cannot do that your marketing will fail. Another method to address this issue is by launching new products. New products means more sales.
