Affiliate marketing in simple terms is promoting other people's product another to get a certain percentage of the sale price usually called commission. let me take an offline business as a typical example for you so that you would understand it very well. Imagine a scenario where i have an onion farm, and I alone cannot make all the sales and I have some group of persons to help me sell them. I give them one basket of only Onion each and the selling price of one basket of onions is $20, then I tell them that anyone who is able to sell one basket of the onions will collect 50% of the selling price. And anyone who makes a sell goes home with $10 while I collect the remaining $10. Now the people selling the product does not have anything to worry about whether the product will spoil or not because the product is not their own but it is definitely my own but their only worry is the amount of money they spent on transportation.
This is a simple analogy of how affiliate marketing works and it is usually carried out online currently and there are people making tons of money promoting affiliate products on different social media platforms and forums.

There are different types of affiliate marketing , you can also engage in affiliate marketing online , you can also engage in affiliate marketing offline but I believe the most important and the most preferred one by the most people is an online affiliate marketing which involve the use of other people's products for marketing and selling and in return for generate profits to the person or the company that produces it and the company will pay you a certain amount of money.
In as much as people are engaging in affiliate marketing on daily basis it is very important for us to learn and understand the strategy that is needed to engage effectively in affiliate marketing , when taking a training on how to engage in affiliate marketing you will be taught on how to spot and know the type of products that will be on high demand.
