What is the difference between an investment and a business

This is actually a confusing question because until recently I like alot of people use to think that they are pretty much the same thing. The truth us that they are very much similar and almost completely identical but there is a difference between the two of them. An investment and a business is similar in the sense that they are both ventures that you commit some amount of money in the hope that you would get a bigger feedback monetary or you would receive a profit or benefit. The major difference between them is that a business is an active venture in the sense that you have to dedicate alot of time,effort and energy to produce your required profit or benefits while an in an investment you pretty much dont have to dedicate much of your time and energy to it to produce your profits or benefits.

The word business and investment is interwoven. But I can say business is what require effort of the owner of the business.
In other hand business involved communicating with people that are patronising the business.

Investment can be longterm investment or short term investment. Longterm investment is inveatnrnr that will take up to 5 years and more while the short term investment might not be more that 1years to 2yeara at most.

Business and investment are quite alike but are different in the sense that one is like a life long subscription while the other is for a while.thou there are also long term and short term investment.
Investments and business are similar in that both need you to commit some money in anticipation of future profit or benefit. The key difference, however, is that in business; you are actively involved in management while in investments, your role is more passive.

Business and investment as quiet very similar as both of them involve the commitment of money the only difference in business and investment is in business you are involved in the activities in the business but in investment, you are not actively involved only your money is involved in the business.

Business and investment has been a contradicting word from on set. Reason been both platforms present itself with an end result of making profits (income). However, business requires lots of attention, time and capital. But reverse is the case when it comes to investment. Investment is the energy we all need in future. Investment is filled with risk. And the profit is most times determined by others.
