1. Your idea. The most important thing that should be contained in your business plan is the idea of business that you have and what you hope to achieve in the near future .

2. Your target customers. You should be able to identify a particular aspect of the population that you think are going to benefit from your products and services and how you can be able to meet them .

3. Mission and vision. Your mission and vision are the things that you plan to be able to have achieved in the near future and also how you plan to achieve them .

4. Management. In this particular aspects you are going to state clearly how you hope that the business is going to be managed and I thought you should include all the initial management staff.
