There are literally so many things that could make organisational employees and workers to lose their interests and zeal in themselves to accomplish financial and organisational goals and objectives. A good example of some of this thing's is lack of encouragement and commendation from the part and role of the business employers or manager. It is absolutely very necessary that business employers and managers shows gratitude and commendation to any employee who exhibits his or her time wisely to achieve organisational goals and objectives pertaining to the business success and prosperity. Employees and business workers definitely love it when their employers and superiors also encourage them to keep doing the good works and responsibilities they do to see that goals and objectives pertaining to the business success is sufficiently and adequately achieved.



Another possible thing that could totally kill the interest and burning desire of business employees and workers to achieve business goals and objectives is absolutely when the business manager shows no sign of promoting hardworking and industrious employees. Organization promotion of employees, has always been one of the ways to commend and also to encourage employees. This should be occasionally done in a business organisation, and it can also serve as a means to encourage other employees to be effective and efficient in carrying out their organisational responsibilities and duties if they themselves want to be promoted to enjoy order special organisational privileges.

There are many ways that you can restore the zeal of your workers who are literally losing passion for achieving the common goals and objectives of your business.

You have made mention of commendations as a means of restoring the zeal of workers. Naturally, people love it when their efforts are recognised and so your ability to commend the attitude of your workers will help them to stay active and focused in achieving business objectives.

And also, you can work on their welfare. This has to do with granting businesses to outstanding workers and sometimes a general grant which could be in form of salary increment or even gifting of either cash or kind.

Another thing that can be done is motivating them by word of mouth. This is nuts having to do with speaking to them and giving them motivation on the need to further the business and keep it going.
