In every business organisation employers are always careful to select the best type of employees for his or her business because employers personally understand that when an employees in a business organisation are perfect the possibility of a business's success will be much more higher compared to it being the other way around.

The most challenging factors here is how an employers can be able to identify and know the best type of employees to employ into a business , some employees generally at the early stage of business may not expose their bad character but as they are being absorbed into a business organisation that is when they are ready to released the unwanted character which could eventually brings down the business.

Because of this it is always mandatory for an employers to be smart and observe certain signs and things that could indicate a positive and a negative employee , but since most of the bad employees are liable to hide their identity at the early stage of business it might be difficult to detect it before employment.

The question is ' what are the signs we should observe to know the type of employees that are trying to beings down our business, What are the negative signs and indication ?

It is truly best for employers and managers to be vigilant enough in order to identify dishonest employees. That way, they can be made responsible for their actions by demoting them or giving them a warning. Which is also important that the employers checks a person's past thoroughly before employing them. If there is a history of dishonesty, then there is no telling if they will repeat the same thing here too.

Another thing that will show you a dishonest employee is getting complains from other employees or from the head of that team. I am sure that these complaints may be true and it is great for a manager or employer to take it seriously. An investigation should be done immediately such complaints come up.

A person's character can also show a manager whether someone is honest or not. If you start seeing some fishy characters like coming to work late, being disorganized and things missing in the office when the employee is around, then an employer should be suspicious. Such character traits could show that a person is dishonest.

In conclusion, it takes so much attention and a good knowledge on people's characters for a leader to identify dishonest employees. Therefore, a manager or employer should be good at this.

Well, to be candid, it is not always easy to detect a dishonest employee. Even during the recruitment and selection process, it is not easy to know or foreshadow the true character of a potential employee. The most important thing is to be open-minded but observant so you can fish and sieve out the bad eggs before they succeed in down turning your organization. Most especially in high-tech companies, they work with highly secretive people and would not compromise and this is the more reason Elon Musk finds it difficult to grant internship offer to the teenager who has a track in his private jet, no matter the pressure, he is not easily swayed into granting his request because there are some high secrets that should not reach the hands of the public or his competitors.

However, there are some factors that makes employees to be dishonest a d this could include; low compensation, no promotion and lack of fringe benefits, oppression on the staff could also lead to dishonesty amongst employees. The manager should always curb his excesses and try to find out the needs, expectations and motivation of his workers, he should see the workers as individuals first and assets needed by the organization and not merely as machines or working tools.

Honesty is one virtue that every employee should imbibe. A honest employee is truthful and accountable no matter the circumstance.
I think every business sphere is made up of a mixed multitude. There would always be honest and dishonest people in a working environment. Most times, it is difficult to detect dishonest employees as an employer. During a job interview, a prospective recruit can not be asked if he or she is honest or not, that would not be necessary.
With time, a dishonest employee would show his or her true self.
There are however circumstances that make employees dishonest, it could be sheer greed, poor or delayed payment, attitude of employer, etc.

As an employer, if I ever find any employer to be dishonest, I would immediately fire such.
However, if employers play their own part, closing every rift that is likely to cause dishonest among his staff, then, that would mean being on a safe side.
Employers should be aware that dishonest employees are able to wreck their businesses.
A man who owns a provision shop in my neighborhood decided to get a sales boy to assist him. One day, a customer bought some provisions and made a complete pay, only for the sales boy to take part of the money and lie to his employer that the customer didn't pay completely. This brought a big quarrel between the employer and his customer. After much investigation, the boy decided to tell the truth. Bottom line, such a customer would never make a comeback.

It may not be easy for an employer to detect a dishonest employee especially during the selection process. It may be easy for one to say the employer should be very vigilant during the interview in order to detect a dishonest employee but truth be told not every one can.
The person might pretend to be a very honest person just because he or she needs the job but after getting the job, the real behavior comes to light.
Honesty is an important virtue for every employee in an organization. A dishonest employee can bring low productivity to an organization.
I've been to a pharmacy where the sales girls had to document their records of sales for the day. One of the sales girls kept forging records so as to keep some of the money to herself. This continued for quite sometime until the manager noticed it. She was sacked immediately. The dishonesty of that employee cost the business a lot because losses were incurred.
As a business owner , you need to check your record of sales frequently, statistics of your products has to be made and a check has to be conducted daily so as to avoid discrepancies.

The truth of the matter is that these things cannot be hidden for so long. I think the best way to bring out the true nature of your employees is to test them. You can make them work under pressure, just to see what they are like when being pressured. Give them tasks whereby the have full authority to do what they like, and see how they react to it. These are ways you can easily fish them out within the company.

Just hours before a man and woman gets married there is two qualities that most no doubt exist in their midst , which is the quality of trust and honesty . Same is also applied to the relationship between an employer and his employees , the employer must develop some trust and honesty towards his employees or workers , and also the employees must also develop some sort of trust and honesty towards their employer , boss , or manager . It is so sad today that many employees failed to show the attitude of honesty and trust toward their employers and so they develop illicit and unwanted attitudesin the business organisation towards their employer or boss , like stealing from their employees , or lying about a particular business account so as to solicit extra funds or money for themselves .

Employees with this behaviours and attitude do not have the business interest and the financial welfare of their employers at heart . Employees must understand that they are not there , to destroy their employers business organisation rather they are there to help him uplift his business organisation so as to reach higher heights , and in this case just as the employer gains as a result of their hard work , good behaviour or attitude , and industriousness they themselves also gain . Possibly in the form of salary increase , asset and property gifting , and also the privilege to enjoy other business and kinds .
