A business prosperity and success is pretty much affected by the environment in which the business is actually situated or located. The environment or location in which a particular business is about to be situated is determined based on what the business has to offer to members of the public. So many studies and research have shown that if a particular business deals on the selling and rendering of consumer goods and services it is absolutely necessary for the business to be situated or located in an area with huge and numerous population of individuals and persons, also if an individuals business has to do with the planting and rearing of farm crops and animals such as pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry domestic birds such as: chicken, turkey, goose, ostrich, and duck etc, it may not be necessary for such a business to be established in an area with huge population because the rearing of farm animals and the pouring of crops fertilizers and manures, can totally make the human environment to be full with offensive and pungent odour which totally can make the human environment unconducive and uncomfortable for many to reside so it is best to isolate such a business.

Without proper situating of a business, a business cant be able to make expected profit and outputs. And also without proper situating of a business, what's the business has to offer may not be noticed and recognised by members of the public for it to reach its full potentials. With that being said, it is better and advisable for a business owner or manager to sit with his or her business in the right location.
